　　会影响教学进度，而且，中考又不考它，写好作文就行了。熟不知，“说”的训练正是为“写”

　　打基础，二者是不可分的。

　　如何让学生学会听

　　说怎样帮助他们说得规范我在所任教七年级教学时就尝试开展“课前三分钟演讲”活动。

　　几年来的教学实践证明：“课前三分钟演讲”既能让学生学会听说，还能帮助学生成功地写作，

　　同时还能激发学生的思维，有效地增强学生的观察力、思考力、想象力和判断力，有力地促

　　进了学生的智力发展，“课前三分钟演讲”能达到了语文能力综合训练的效果。

　　一、“课前三分钟演

　　讲”有哪些好处呢？

　　首先，它训练了学

　　生的语言表达能力。学生在限定的时间内把准备好的内容表达出来。要求明了、轻快、准确、

　　令人信服。通过演讲，学生内在的表达能力

　　在教师和全体同学面前真实地外传。

　　其次，它有助于提

　　高学生的写作能力。如果按传统的教学方法，每人每学期写作文八篇，提高学生的写作能力，

　　效果总是不甚明显。通过“课前三分钟演讲”有助于提高学生的写作能力，因为学生要想三

　　分钟演讲取得较好的成绩，必须演讲前要组织好材料，经过立意，构思成文，最后修改成稿。

　　第三，“课前三分钟

　　演讲”为进行思想教育创造了一个生动活泼的局面，开辟了一条新途径。因为学生演讲内容

　　摄取身边所见、所闻、所感，内容丰富多彩。

　　第四，“课前三分钟

　　演讲”锻炼了学生逻辑思维。为了准备演讲，学生要选择材料和组织材料，进行认真地思考。

　　先说什么，后说什么，怎样开头，怎样结尾，怎样提出问题，怎样进行论述，这些都要进行

　　认识、分析、归纳、推理、判断等各种形式的思维活动。

　　二、“课前三分钟演

　　讲”的基本模式

　　(一)训练形式

　　首先，每次语文课

　　前，先由一位学生单独发言，限时2分钟左右，再由另两位学生分别评价。整个过程都要教

　　师引导，共花3分钟左右。发言一律用普通话，并按学号顺序进行，学生每学期可有2次以

　　上训练机会。

　　(二)训练目标

　　1．说：普通话的表

　　述和朗读；语言的条理性、准确性、连贯性、简洁性、灵活性；胆量，勇气，自信的培养，

　　肢体语言的运用等。

　　2．听：语句意义的

　　整理和提要；反应的准确和迅速。

　　(三)训练内容

　　校园，班级大事评

　　议，自我介绍，各地新闻，名人名言，知识介绍，童话故事，趣味笑话、讨论对话等。

　　(四)训练过程

　　首先，初一年级训

　　练从自我介绍开始。我提出兴趣、爱好、特长、性格、优点、缺点、习惯、理想等不同方面

　　给学生以明确的目标，指导学生课前写好发言稿。第一学期上课发言时允许参考讲稿。进入

　　二学期后，学生仍可以在课前作好准备，但上课发言时必须脱稿。到了初二，三年级，则重

　　点训练学生即兴发言或组织学生论辩。

　　其次，在学生相互

　　评价的过程中，教师的引导起决定性作用。我在这一过程中着重引导学生先判断人家说得怎

　　样，再想想好在哪里差在何处然后更进一步思考为什么好，为什么差由最初印象人手，

　　让学生在“听”中“想”，在“想”中“听”。从形式到内容，由现象到本质，一步步由浅人

　　深。

　　三、“课前三分钟演

　　讲”的综合训练效果

　　第一、对演讲者而

　　言，它要求发言者组织语言迅速，表情达意准确。因此，学生为了尽量圆满地完成每次的任

　　务，达到认定的目标，他就会去一—泛地搜集材料，时时留心听、留心看、留心找。然后再

　　对拥有的材料进行整理、分析，抓住中心，再选用较为准确、生动的语言，力争条理清楚，

　　上下贯通，内容和感情符合实际地发表自己的见解。当然在这个过程中，老师要适时指导，

　　学生在观察一人、一事、一物、一景时，引导学生养成捕捉生活细节的习惯，与他人、他事、

　　他物、他景联系起来，发生联想，在头脑中构成广阔的生活画面，使观察的层次更上一层。

　　这样，学生的观察力、归纳分析能力、口头表达能力自然就得到了训练和加强。

　　第二、对听话者来

　　说，在听人家发言的过程中，边听边思考，力求听明白，听准确。随着发言者语言的进展，

　　思索各语句、部分之间的内在联系，掌握发言内容的重点，抓住关键之所在。努力分析某些

　　隐藏在语句结构底层的真实意义，

　　即分析话语的“言外之意”、“弦外之音”。听清了人家的看法或评论，就能帮助自己提高认识，

　　使自己逐步学会认识问题和分析问题的一般途径和方法。同时，每次课听其他同学的发言，

　　还可以给自己提供一两条可供写作的素材，解决了“巧妇难为无米之炊”的难题

　　第三、“课前三分钟

　　演讲”对学生智力的发展起到了极重要的作用。“课前一分钟演讲”强化了学生观察生活的能

　　力，开阔了学生的视野，激发了学生的思考力，学生在发言过程中，经过教师的启发，自己

　　的主动思考，发现并提出一些疑问，以此增强学生的发散思维能力。促使学生在“听”与“说”

　　中由此及彼思考，有意识进行创造性思维训练。久而久之，学生自然就会养成思考的习惯，

　　逐渐学会思考的办法，其思考问题的准确性、条理性、敏捷性也必然大大增强。

　　几年来，“课前三分

　　钟演讲”就象一个蹒跚学步的孩子，走过了一段艰难曲折的路。但我始终以饱满的热情，努

　　力为学生创造轻松愉快的演讲的教学环境，努力进行探索。

　　当然，“课前三分钟

　　演讲”活动只是我在语文教学实践中为培养学生语文能力，以说促听，以听促写的一个大胆

　　尝试。虽然这个尝试已积累了一些经验，但是，要使之完善，仍将是一个长期而复杂的探索

　　过程。

　　月是全国弘扬民族精神月，上一周，我们走近了奥运冠军，从他们身上感受到爱国主义和顽

　　强拼搏的民族精神。这一周，我想向大家讲一讲我们要弘扬的另一种可贵的民族精神，那就

　　是——尊师重教。

　　“尊师重教”是中

　　华民族的优秀传统。两千多年前的古人给我们留下了许多尊师重教的动人事迹。“古之学者必

　　严其师，师严然后道尊”。我们常说：老师是春蚕----为我们吐尽洁白的丝缕；老师是蜡烛----

　　为我们点燃求知的火焰；老师是桥梁----为我们铺平前进的道路。这几句话，正是我们老师

　　的真实写照。请同学们看一看站在我们身边的一个个老师，不管是年轻的还是年老的，哪一

　　大家一个问题：知道明天9月20日是什么日子吗？告诉大家，9月20日是全国国防教育日。

　　接下来的一周是民防教育周。有的小同学可能会疑惑，什么是民防呢？民防是是人民群众在

　　政府和军队领导下，为抵御战争灾害、自然灾害和人为事故所采取的防护行为。民防任务是

　　就是要保护平民居民不受危害，这些任务是：发出警报； 疏散；急救、清除污染等。

　　熟悉防空警报信号的具体规定，提高对防空警报信号的认知能力。当警报试鸣时，我们将听

　　到三种警报声，分别是：预先警报、空袭警报和解除警报，大家要注意听，认真记。

　　10点至10点零3

　　分，试鸣预先警报，鸣36秒，停24秒，反复3遍为一个周期，时间3分钟。 用途：预先警

　　报是在敌方对我方攻击有预兆时发放，要求人员开始疏散。

　　10点10分至10点

　　13分，试鸣空袭警报，鸣6秒，停6秒，反复15遍为一个周期，时间3分钟。 用途：空袭

　　警报是在敌方对我方将要攻击时发放。

　　10点20分至10点

　　23分，试鸣解除警报，连续鸣放一长声，时间3分钟。用途：解除警报是在空袭或战情暂时

　　缓解时发放。

　　人质这三个方面。一旦有事情发生，每名老师同学都应该知道自己在什么位置、做什么事情。

　　危急时刻不要手忙脚乱。所以在民房宣传周里，我们要上一堂民防知识课，举行一次疏散演

　　习。请大家做好准备。
