呵呵,其实讲哪种文章都是一样的.试讲最重要的是,首先要讲明本课的学习目标与学习重点是什,在一上课时就先提到,然后再围绕着这两点去讲..试讲只有一节课的时间,不可能把一篇文章全讲透彻,所以一节课只讲明一个重点就行了..一节课快结束的时候,再次重申本课所讲的重点.一般校领导主要就听这个..讲课的细节内容不是主要的,那可以以后在工作中去培养,但素质条件是必须的.讲课有条理,教态好,书写漂亮..

四是随机应变,做好试讲准备。
笔试通过后,就进入了试讲,这是整个教师招聘过程中最关键的环节,它将决定你能否踏上心仪的工作岗位。为了顺利闯过此关,平时要多了解不同学校的试讲方式,做到有针对性的准备。我遇到的试主要有三种:
第一,讲述课文。通常是校方指定课文并给予一定的时间准备。由于试讲基本上
控制在每人十五分钟左右,因此,我们在试讲时就要注意突出关键环节,如要做到
课堂重点突出,要有师生互动环节,板书要公整等等。同时还要注意教态,举止大方得体又不失活力,声音洪亮,语速适中,抑扬顿挫。有的学校则不指定内容,这时候,一定要根据应聘学校的水平来选择难易适中的试讲内容。千万不要以为讲的内容越难越好,因为招聘方并不是要看你对所讲的内容掌握有多好,而是看你是否具备做老师的潜质。针对这类试讲,平时要增加课堂教学实战训练,结合自己学到的知识,多实践,锻炼自己的教学水平,增加实战经验。还要注重强化教态训练,我们可以找一个安静的场所反复练习,不断调整,直至达到最佳状态。这种练习不仅对试讲有利,而且令我们未来的教书生涯受益无穷。
第二,说课。说课不是教案的细化,也不是教学过程的简单复述,好的说课,应包括对课标的理解,对教材的解读,对学情的分析,对教学过程的预设,以及对辅助手段的选用等。如重庆八中的试讲就是现场指定一篇课文来说课,通过说课,展示你对某节课的思考和处理过程。说课时,切忌平铺直叙,要突出亮点,重要细节不可忽略,以给听者深切的感受。说课语言力求清晰流畅,说课稿文字力求简洁生动,书写格式、图片表格力求明快醒目,富有感染力,充分显示出教者的语言素养和文字功底。
第三,即兴发挥,即主考教师不直接考察课堂教学,而是通过其他形式来考验你是否具备从事教师职业的能力。如主考教师随机抽取一篇文章,要求考生现场朗诵,并就文章中的相关内容提问。这些文章往往是超出教学大纲范围的,难度大,有些文章甚至很生僻,让人一时摸不到头绪。如浙江乐清学校的试讲就属于这种类型。开始的时候,因为没有预料到,有些措手不及,但我很快就冷静下来,充分调动日常积累的专业知识,多角度考虑,随机应变,即兴发挥,做到言之有理自圆其说,最终顺利通过这一关。这种试讲经历对教师工作有重要借鉴意义,有助于锻炼我们解决课堂突发问题的能力。有的学校则注重班主任工作的技巧,如怎样管理班级、如何与厌学的孩子沟通交流等,由于我们这方面的经验较少,因此平时要多看教育教学方面的书籍,还要多研究案例教学法,并结合实际积极思考,这样就能在试讲时应答如流。还有的学校会考察其他方面的能力,如让我们现场表演一项特长,这时候,就要表现得从容大方,充分展示自己的能力。

三是注重积累,打好笔试的基础。随着教师职业竞争日渐激烈,笔试已成为当前应聘教师的学子们要闯的第一关。笔试前要做足准备工作,为顺利通过奠定基础。首先,我们要了解笔试的类型大部分学校在招聘时的笔试内容就是一张中学试卷,因此,平时要注重复习基本知识,积累中学教学的相关内容、知识要点,再运用专业知识适当发挥即可。但有的学校会格外注重自己特有的文化,如广州广雅中学的笔试中就出现了这样一道题,要求填写代表该校校训的一副对联,这就要求我们在参加笔试前要全面详细了解应聘学校的情况,做到有备无患。还有的学校对毕业生的专业知识要求非常严格,如杭州外国语学校的笔试就增设了考察专业知识的试题,因此,平时扎实的专业基础是必不可少的。其次,要掌握教案的写作方法别学校会在笔试部分考验毕业生备课的能力,如重庆一所学校在招聘时就要求我们现场书写教案。北师大很多专业都会开设教育教学方法的课程,想从事教师职业的同学平时可以选修或者旁听,在掌握一些教师工作的基本技能的基础上,多参考一些优秀的案例,并结合自己的专业知识来完成。
最后,要合理掌握时间在有限的时间内最大限度的呈现中学教学的内容,切忌因展开长篇大论而不能按时完成卷面试题。在沈阳二中的一次笔试中,一名人民大学的研究生就出现了这种情况。当时她就一道古诗词题展开了深入论述,占用了大部分时间,导致试卷未完成。尽管那道古诗词题她拿到了很高的分数,但因为其他题目都没有做完,影响了整体分数,无缘试讲

过两天本人就要初中语文试讲了,下面没有学生,只有评委老师,我没有参加过教学实习,不知道讲课要怎么讲,要讲些什么内容,试讲的课文也不是自己选的,要抽签的,想请教下如果拿到一篇文章怎么进行试讲,具体步骤、具体内容之类的,反正越详细越好,心里没底啊,高人帮帮忙啊!!!问题补充:
