新冠疫情对我国国际工程的影响及应对措施分析

摘要：2020年新冠肺炎疫情的爆发，给我国的国际工程行业带来了巨大的冲击，使国际工程承包商承担了大量的工期延误和费用增加。本文将结合新冠疫情对我国的国际工程行业带来的影响，对新冠疫情的法律性质进行分析，并根据FIDIC等典型合同条件，提出应对新冠疫情的一系列措施。
Abstract： The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has brought a huge impact to China's international engineering industry， causing international engineering contractors to bear a large number of construction delays and increased costs. This article combines the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on China's international engineering industry， analyzes the legal nature of the COVID-19 epidemic， and proposes a series of measures to deal with the COVID-19 epidemic based on typical contract conditions such as FIDIC.
