《海的女儿》这篇文章大家一定非常熟悉吧！“海的女儿”是作者安徒生写的童话中的主人公。她生活在海里，是一条美人鱼。她可以在海底世界自由自在地度过三百多年的岁月，然后化为泡沫，结束她无忧无虑的一生。她的寿命比人类要长好几倍，但是她却是一个低级生物，没有人类特有的那种“不灭的灵魂”。为了获得这个灵魂，进入生命的较高级境界，她放弃了海里的生活，忍着痛把自己的尾巴换成一双人腿后，便喜欢上了一个人间的王子，希望通过那个王子得到一份人类的灵魂。而那个王子却和人间的女子结了婚，她的希望破灭了。若她再想成为“海的女儿”，就得在王子结婚的早上，用尖刀刺进他的胸膛，让他的热血流到她的腿上，这时她的双腿就能变回鱼尾，回到她的家人中去，回到属于她自己的世界中去。但是她没有这样做，却自己投入海中，化为泡沫。
