文字是信息的载体，是人们交流思想、协调社会生产和社会生活的书面工具。语言文字规范化是国家统一、民族团结的标志。为进一步宣传贯彻《国家通用语言文字法》，积极引导广大师生自觉纠正工作、学习、生活环境中的不规范用字用语，唤起全社会积极行动起来，关注祖国语言文字的规范使用，以监督社会用字用语，促进语言文字规范化为己任，努力营造“说普通话，写规范字”的良好语言文字环境。为更好地激发学生热爱祖国文字，传承民族文化，养成良好的写字习惯，具备熟练的写字技能，做到规范、端正、整洁地书写汉字。我校研究制定规范汉字书写教育教学工作计划。
一、拟设置规范汉字书写指导训练课程
为更好地激发学生热爱祖国文字，传承民族文化，养成良好的写字习惯，具备熟练的写字技能，做到规范、端正、整洁地书写汉字。我校专门设置了规范汉字书写指导训练课程。
每天早自习为经典诵读与书写规范字交替进行。设置每周一节写字指导训练课，进行专项写字辅导。从而，从时间上保证了学生的写字实践训练。
在写字课堂上，教师要用精炼的语言讲授规范汉字的书写要点，

用亲身的书写进行示范练习，用严格的要求训练学生的写字姿势。一节课下来，教师教得轻松，学生学得愉快。
学校选取符合学生实际的写字教材《长春版小学写字指导训练》，同时，学校再斟酌一本硬笔书法教材，两种教材的配合使用，为学生的学习提供了科学的书写范本。
二、成立领导小组，对规范汉字书写工作进行层层管理为增强了全校教职工搞好规范汉字书写工作的责任感与紧迫感为推动全校的规范汉字书写工作拟定成立以校长为总指挥，教研主任为负责人的工作领导小组。并拟考察6位经验丰富、在语言文字方面有着深厚功底的教师成为工作小组的成员。协助进行规范汉字书写工作。
为了激发教研组成员的工作热情，发挥小组成员的辐射作用，快速提高全体教师、学生正确使用语言文字的能力，学校领导计划带头参加各种相关活动，做到三个三：即三个带头、三个自觉、三个完善。三个带头：带头使用规范的汉字，讲标准的普通话；带头纠正发现的问题；带头进行相关工作的宣传。
三个自觉：自觉学习上级下发的相关的文件，自觉参加相关的各种活动，自觉检查教师、学生使用规范汉字，讲普通话的情况，并相应做好记录。
三个完善：对于教师在教学中有关语言文字的使用中发现的问题要不断完善。对于学生在学习中存在的相关问题要不断完善。对于学校环境建设形成良好氛围中不足之处要不断完善。全校师生人人都是
