1. What makes a good communicator? Who does a company always have to communicate with? What factors are important for effective communication in business environment?

There are many characteristics that make someone a good communicator.

First of all, fluency in language is really important that it is the foundation of a good and continued communication and it makes the communication much more smoothly.

Secondly, you need to be a good listener. Communication is the talk between two or more people, you have to understand what they are trying to tell you. In addition, you need to have a sense of humor , not being afraid of making mistakes and others.

As for business, a company always have to communicate with customers, suppliers, business partners, investors and so on. Businessmen have lots of things to deal with everyday, effective communication is necessary. As I said before, fluency in language, being a good listener, keeping a sense of humor are three factors for effective communication in business environment,

2. What can a company do in order to motivate its employees? How do you understand job satisfaction? How can companies help to improve the balance between employees’ working and leisure hours?

Motivate employees can not only improve the staff’s working attitude, but also increase their efficiency. There are three ways to motivate employees.

First of all, create a pleasant atmosphere. Your employees spend a lot of their lives working in their office, so you should try to make the office look as friendly and appealing as possible.

Secondly. Casual dress days will make people more excited to go to work, and will make them feel more comfortable in the work environment.

Thirdly, If your employees have done something truly outstanding, then you should take the time to let them know.

Job satisfaction is the amount of pleasure or feeling of achievement that an employee gets from his job.  For example, an employee with a lot of job satisfaction will enjoy his work much more than an employee with little job satisfaction.

Leisure time can make employees more motivated and focused at work. Telecommuting, daycare, and other employee benefits help them balance their duties at work and leisure hours.

3. How can a company use the Internet for e-commerce? What are the advantages for companies to develop e-commerce? Are there any disadvantages?

e-commerce refers to a wide range of online business activities for products and services. If you have a business and you want to expand it but cannot afford to plant stores all around, you can take advantage of e-commerce. First of all, set up your own website, then use YouTube or micro blog to promote your business.

The reason why most companies prefer to develop e-commence is because this is the fastest way to do so and e-commerce is relatively cheaper as compared to trade mechanism implemented in landmark means. However, this medium does have its fair share of disadvantages. For example, security issues and the internet law does not and cannot impose copyrights rule as firmly as the administrators do in landmark business.

4. What are the advantages and disadvantages of working in teams? What qualities would the team members need to have to create an effective team?

Work teams are incredibly important in today. The advantages of teamwork are that the members bring their own special expertise to the groups, more minds bring more ideas, people will evaluate the work from different angles and reduce the chances of mistakes. Team work also reduces the work burden and can improve the quality of work.
Work in a team also has small disadvantages, usually hard to see them in our everyday work. The increase of conflicts, time consuming, disagreement of members and many ideas are going to forget our target and when the group members are not willing to compromise and work together on issues, nothing gets done.

To be a qualify team member in order to create an effective team, we need to have organizational Skills, conflict resolution abilities, innovative thinking, sense of responsibility spirit of appreciation, specific roles and strong work ethic.

5. How important to a company’s success is customer care? What makes good customer service? What should a company do in order to build strong business relationships with its customers

Customer care is to think the way customer thinks, to feel the way customer feels, and finally to provide the customized services and qualities based on the needs of customer. It is very important to build strong business relationship with your customers for customers loyalty is the key to your success. 

The most important factor in achieving success in customer service is the way of your dealing with the customer. You have to be very careful about not hurting the belief or faith of the customer.

Another important aspects of good customer care is receiving customer feedback. By taking the time to listen to customers, and by encouraging customers to give their input through quality customer service, you can learn how to improve the way your company does business and what product improvements you need to make to sell more products. 

If the customers are happy with the products or the services you offer, it is much easier for you to gain success in customer care.

6. What kind of managers do you like best? How should a manger deal with the disagreements between members of staff? Should a manger keep a distance from staff and not get involved in socializing outside work?

As today is the cooperative society, the type of managers I like is to be as a team builder. Team-Builders are truly the best kind of manager to work for. They are competent at what they do, they know how to be open. They know that their success is your success.

Many people think that managers should keep a distance from staff, but as far as I am concerned, a manager should not, on the contrary, they should involved in socializing outside work if they have time. In my opinion, a team likes a family, the manager like a father who gives us the direction. Like family members, We should love each other.

When team members have disagreements, as a manager, I think the best way to deal with is to listen first, and then combine the view together in order to have a analysis, according to the optimal principle to decide which one is the best. So finally, differences can resolve and we get the best way to complete our work at the same time.
