Forthousandsofyears,animalshavetroddenaslowpath,theirspiritstogetherwiththebody.Butourhumanbeing’stransportationistoofast.Thebodymovesbutthesoulisleftbehind.Wetrytofreeourselvesinconvenience,butweonlyimprisonthesoul.Sinceweinventedhowtocounthours,wedoeverythingtoshortthetime,shortthedeadline.Butthetimesavedcan’tbeshorten.Nowadays,wespendlotsoftimestayinginfrontofaTVjustchangingthechannels,
whilewehavenotimetotalkwithagoodfriendorplaywithourfamily.Wehaveplentyoftimetosearcholdnewsontheinternet,whilewehardlythinkaboutourlife.Intheend,theonlythingapparentisourloneliness.
Takeyourtime,please.Trytofollowthenaturalstepsandhaveyourownclock.Trytoshareyourtimewitheverybodyyoulove,shareyourmind,yourhappinessand
sadness.Trytoreadtheworldwelivein,donotonlycatchaquickglimpseatthesociety.
Someday,whenweknowhowtospendeverysecondinourlife,wecanthenliveourownlife.过你自己的时间
几千年来，动物踏出一个缓慢的道路，他们的精神和身体。但是我们人类的交通太快。身体在动作，但灵魂却没有。我们尝试变得自由，却禁锢了我们的灵魂。自从我们发明如何数时间，我们所做的一切把时间变短，把期限变短。但节省的时间不能缩短。如今，我们花了很多时间呆在电视前仅仅改变频道，而我们没有时间跟好朋友聊天或和我们的家庭玩耍。我们有时间在网上搜索旧新闻，但我们很少思考我们的生活。最后，留下的是我们的孤独。

请过你自己的时间。试图遵循自然的步骤，有自己的时钟。尝试与你爱的人分享你的时间，分享你的想法，你的快乐和悲伤。尝试读懂我们生活的世界，而不但仅匆匆一瞥。
有一天，当我们知道如何使用我们生活的每一秒钟，我们能够过自己的生活。
