摘 要 抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病，危害严重。随着对抑郁症发病机制研究的深入，抑郁症治疗药物快速发展，目前已取代了传统心理治疗而居主导地位。本文就抑郁症治疗药物现状和发展作一综述。

ABSTRACTDepression is a common psychological disorder，which seriously impairs people’ s daily life. With the increasing understanding of pathogenesis of depression，the studies on medicines for the treatment of depression have been progressing rapidly. Currently，medical therapy has been playing a key role in the treatment of depression instead of conventional psychotherapy. This article reviews the progress in medications of depression.
