At ReLife International Medical Center,we are dedicated to serve erery domestic and overseas patient with international standard.We always put patient safety as our priority.To guarantee your pleasant stay during your hospitalization ,We hereby ask you to wark together with us to safeguard our medical center’s environment.
I am I’m the nurse assigned for ,I would like to take a few moments to make a brief introduction on our medical center and safety notes you might need to know during your hospitalization.
1.ReLife International Medical Center’s Environment
Our inpatient area includes:
Patient’s Room,Public Kitchen,Nurse’s Station and Doctor Office
Each patient room is equipped with:
Patient’sBed,Beeper,Bathroom,Television,Air-conditioner,Microwave Oven,Refrigerator,Drinking Machine,Safety Box,Cabinet and Coffee Table
You may ask for our medical director or head nourse if you have any comment on our medical center.We are always welcome you to give any comment to help us improve our service.

2.Patient’s Schedule
Please kindly follow our treatment schedule as provided below:
3. Medical Treatment at Relife International Medical Center
We respect every individual’s confidentiality and right. Ask your specialist about
your treatment plan and safety notes for your treatment. Make sure that you all
agree on the medical plan.
a) Confirm your treatment schedule with our medical staff;
b) Make sure to follow our specialist’s medical advice;
c) Inform our medical staff instantly if you experience any discomfort;
d) Kindly cooperate with our medical staff on any treatment purpose as
requested;
e) Please note that any changes on the medical plan that provided will be
informed to individual for consent.
4.Help Us To Prevent Infection
Let us work together to maintain a healthy environment and to avoid infection.
At Relife International Medical Center, we have clean-keeping attendants to
maintain a clean environment every day. However, we can make this a better
environment if you work together with us.
a) Wash your hands regularly.Make sure you use a soap and right way when
washing your hands.
b) Do not smoke. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our medical center. Not only
will it affect your health but also the people around you.
c) Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze to avoid germ-
spreading.
d) Inform our medical staff if you ever caught a flu or fever.
e) Avoid spitting habit to keep our environment clean.
5. How To Apply Your Medications
a) Inform your specialists on the medications you are taking, including supplementary medications such as vitamins, herbal remedies and etc. Bring the medication or list with you when you are getting medical advice.
b) Please verify your medication with our specialists when you do not recognize the medication.
c) Let you specialists know if you have any allergies or have had any previous discomfort reaction to any drugs, food or anything.
d) Upon your discharge from our medical center, a prescribed medication list will be given. Review the list carefully and ask our specialists if you have any doubt or question.
6. Patient’s Responsibilities
To ensure a peaceful and healthy recovery environment, we would simply ask you to cooperate with us.
a) Please try to keep your voice down in the medical center and keep a minimum volume when using your television or computer.
b) Do not smoke or drink alcohol during your stay.
c) Please conserve water and electricity.
d) Please keep clean of our medical center’s environment.
e) Please take care of your belongings during your stay.
f) Please make proper use of the equipment we provide and avoid vandalism as any damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.
7. Meal
At ReLife International Medical Center, we do not provide any meal. However, we do provide a public kitchen and kitchen wares for patients to prepare their own meal. Please contact our customer service for assistance to purchase your cooking ingredient at any nearby supermarket or grocery store. Please keep clean of the public kitchen and dining area for other people’s convenience.
If you are not anle prepare you own meal and need to order food from outside, please contact our customer service for assistance.
8. Outing
If you need tou travel outside our medical center,please kindly seek for your specialist for travelling permission.Kindly require a contact card from our reception desk for your traveling convenience.Please contact us if you experienced any inconvenience during your travel.
9.Patient Rights
Patients have the right to express any concern about their treatment.We will appreciate you to address your concerns to the department below immediately to our customer service so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
