坚持就是胜利(Success Belongs to the Persevering)
Nothing can be more exciting than success to a man. But you must face many difficulties before you can succeed. No one can make it easily. And it's harder for those who are in adverse (不利的)conditions to succeed. However,everything has two sides. Just as someone said, in every adversity there lies the seed of an advantage and in every defeat there is a lesson showing you how to win the victory next time. The most important thing is to establish a brief, that is perseverance. The British ex-prime minister Winston Churchill had a motto箴言 of "Never, never, never, never give up . Nothing can substitute for hard work. Life is a process of struggle for success.

As we all know , “ If a jewel falls into the mire , it remains as precions as before ; and though dust should ascend上升, 攀登 to heaven , its former worthlessness will not be altered改变的 .” As this sentence means ,everyone has their own values .
Docter has their value that help patients get rid of diseases . Teacher has their value that teach children rich knowledge . In every field ,everyone should do what they must do . And those are their values .
No matter you are rich or poor ,you can create your own world . If you rich , you shouldn’t be supercilious高傲的 but to be modest and amiable和蔼的 . If you are poor , you shouldn’t be cringe but to regard for yourselves . Despite of your statuses , you possess same power and all of you can make contributions to this society .
Some people always vainly hope to be the rich , even forget themselves . And some people change themselves just in order to cater to满足需要 the present situation . Of coures , I know that it is difficult to subsist 生存下去at the present age so that we have to do something which maybe make ourselves feel shameful . However , if possible , everyone should stick to themselves . Afterall we have own individual character .
In a word , I hope that each body can do themseves , can realize their values .

坚持你的梦想(Hold to Your Dreams)

Everyone has his dreams, but not all these dreams can come true. People give up their dreams for this or that reason. Those whose dreams become true have at least one thing in common, that is, they always hold fast紧紧地 to their dreams.
Marie Curie, a famous scientist, has set a good example. There are many other examples. Just around us, for instance, the athletes who gain the gold medals, the artists who are popular with the public, and even the students who enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation, are all dream-holders.
Hold fast to your dreams, no matter how big or small they are. The path to dreams may not be smooth and wide, even some sacrifices are needed, but hold on to the end, you ,sill find there is no greater happiness than making your dream come true.

For example, Einstein, a famous founder of the relativity theory and also a Jew, fortunately left Germany and was living in USA when Hitler began to slaughter Jews. 　In sum, although we can not ignore the importance of hard work and some negative impact of luck on people's success, in the light of the above discussion, it can be safely said that Luck contributes a lot to people's success, especially in creating possibilities to succeed and changing people's fate. When luck comes to embrace or visit people, people should not let it slip away.
