Boys and girls, let’s begin our class. As I know, you are interested in playing games. So today let’s play a game called “word house”. Here is the way to play the game.

First, we should get some pieces of paper that are cut into squares. Can you see the squares? One, two, three, four, five …, there are ten squares all together. Each square is for writing one letter only. Now, we can write a letter in the first square. For example, write “i”. Next, take the two squares and make a two-letter word. It must have the letter you have written, for example, “in” or “hi” or “is” or “it”. Put the new word below the first square. Then make a three- letter word. It must have the two letters you have written. Again, put the new words in the same way to build a “word house”. The person who builds the highest word house in twenty minutes wins the game.

Now boys and girls, let’s play this game in groups of six, that is, each group has six members. You can begin now.
