基于三角度优化的高校学生社团管理创新研究

【摘要】本文主要运用管理学的相关理论知识，将社团内部、挂靠院系、社联组织的管理机制创新研究为重点，以郑州大学为例，通过文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、优化后的模糊层次分析法等，对六大制度提出合理的建议，并参考西方社团管理模式，对当下制度的不足之处进行改良，全面、系统地研究和探讨高校学生社团管理模式，探索促使社团长远发展的有效途径，为高校学生社团的良性发展提供参考意见。【关键词】高校社团；三角度；管理模式

参考已有的文献资料，基于企业的组织形态管理理论和三支柱模型，我们可以从组织结构、角色管理、流程管理这三个维度对大学生社团管理模式进行满意度评价分析。1.2研究方法与创新
本次调查以大学生职位为分类因变量，分为社团内部人员（管理人员+会员）、社团联合会干部和院社团管理干部三类，从不同角度，考察大学生对目前社团管理的满意程度，根据调查的结果，运用优化后的模糊层次分析法对各个变量因素进行评价分析。
