For instance, land-grant universities in America open diverse courses according to the residents' requirement, which benefit them a lot. Moreover, at the end of 18th century, Californians had recourse to University of California to solve the agriculture water crisis via their leading technology and profited the State consequently.Economically, college education can offer cutting-edge technology and professional advice to enterprises, since lots of firms are willing to collaborate with colleges so that they can cut down their research and development expenditure. Once again, there are precedents: in 1948, MIT launched a project called "Collaboration of MIT and Industry", which was designed to provide talents to ventures and perfect their products.
