【摘 要】三年制高职会计专业毕业生应具有符合用人单位需要的岗位技能和素质，如何提高学生就业市场上的竞争力，培养满足用人单位需求的专业人才是值得思考的问题，基于此，论文对“岗课证”融通导向下会计课程教学模式改革进行了探究。
【Abstract】Three-year graduates of accounting major should have the job skills and quality that meet the needs of the employing units. How to improve the competitiveness of the students' job market and how to cultivate the professionals who meet the needs of the employing units are the problems we need to think about. This paper is researching on the reform of teaching model of accounting course under the integration of post and course and certificate.
