In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. While it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. High should be allowed more time for play. Playing is not wasting time, as some think. It gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. Which tends to be stifled by too much study. Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. I do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. I do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

He enterde the music indestry at the year 20xx , before that year ,he was only a boy who wrote songs for many super stars ,his songs were liked by many people but no one care who was the writer . He was noly hard to write songs because he like music ,he thought music has it soal , if you sing it by heart , it well be lived .
I like a song of him , it's name is CRIES IN A DISTANCE , the song tells us ,nothing is sad if we belive the hope . He has many difficulty , but his song says , cries in a distance , can't stop the tremble , I'm just waiting my turn , hiding will never , save me forever , the guns gonne get me for sure . Dear god I pray why won't you be my friend , come to me and take my hand ,like mama would say everything will be ok.
Now he is not rather a shy singer and performer , the lyrical songs make him mature ,and now he is a man or not a boy .

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《勿忘师恩》！
老师，是暖暖的春风，唤醒了田野的种子、枝头的嫩芽和一片又一片的绿草；老师，是一棵挺拔的树，枚枚果实吸取了她的营养，却在她身上镌刻下苍老的年轮；老师，是来自密林山野清泉，滋润着下游渴望知识的心田。每每挑灯夜读，是为丰富自己的源头；每每戴星批阅，是为扶正成长中的树苗；她一身正气，奋斗不息，是为了完成她崇高的使命：用知识的雨露滋润每一寸缺水的土地、每一朵待放的鲜花。那三尺讲台，挥洒了她多少汗水；几十年如一日的悠悠岁月，消磨了她宝贵的青春，而她却无怨无悔，如灿烂的太阳，为了我们的闪耀输送她的缕缕阳光。
“老师”这个词语，每个人心中都有不同的理解。 在我心中，老师就如春蚕一般，无私奉献着。春蚕的生命虽是有限而短暂的，但在有限的生命里，它全力的奉献着自己的价值。老师也是如此。课前，老师总是绞尽脑汁的想要备一纸思路清晰、简单易懂的学习计划和方案；课中，面对我们一个个的疑问，老师总是费尽心思，一心想给予苦心求学的我们一个满意的答案；课后，每当夜深人静的时候，老师总是还在辛辛苦苦的为同学们批改着作业。在无私奉献的过程中，您的头发被时间无情地染白，脸上也长出了岁月的痕迹。
在我心中，老师就像蜡烛一般，燃烧自己，照亮别人。蜡烛的光虽不是最亮的，却总是默默地燃烧着自己的全部。老师也是一样。为了更好地把知识传授给我们，您总是对自己讲课的水平，精益求精，授课时，您恨不得一下把毕生所学全都教给我们，课余，您总是为我们答疑解惑。我们抱怨着完成的家庭作业，有时甚至占用了你全部的休息时间，而您却从不抱怨，默默承受。
在我心中，老师还如铺路石，虽然平凡，但甘愿埋没一生，甚至被碾压至粉身碎骨。老师所上的每一节课，所传授给我们的每一个知识都如同道路上的石子，阳光下闪烁着耀眼的光芒，带领我们走进，知识的殿堂。
同学们，鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润它成长；苍鹰感恩长空，因为长空让它飞翔；大海感恩江河溪流，因为江河溪流让它更加博大宽广；而我们所应该感谢是我们的老师，因为老师是打开了智慧的大门，让我们在知识的海洋里遨游。
在这里，我提议，我们全体起立向一直为我们无私奉献着的老师说一声：“老师您辛苦了！”是啊，教师是一种神圣的职业。十年树木，百年树人。其中艰辛可想而知。老师的教诲之恩我终身难忘。正如有人说，师恩如山，因为高山巍巍，使人崇敬；师恩如海，因为大海浩瀚，无法估量！
但是，如山似海的师恩，我们究竟该如何去感恩呢？ 其实，感恩老师，并不需要我们去做什么惊天动地的大事，它表现在日常的点点滴滴。课堂上，一道坚定的目光，一个轻轻的点头，你在专心地听课，这便是感恩；下课后，在走廊里看到老师，一抹淡淡的微笑，一声礼貌的“老师好”，也是感恩！用优异的成绩，用可骄的成功，用你一点一滴的进步来告诉老师，“老师，我能行”，更是对老师的感恩。
同学们，鲜花可以枯萎，沧海可以成桑田。但我们感恩的心不能变，对老师一切感谢的话语，不如化作我们学习的动力。让我们用平时的一点一滴，来表达对老师的感恩；用骄人的成绩，来回报老师所付出的汗水与辛劳。同学们，让我们从自己做起，从一点一滴做起，用实际行动去表达对老师的感恩！
