一、公司企业文化理念篇
企业使命：引领文化艺术品行业投资风向标 用人理念：让每位员工都能实现自己的最高价值 执行观：只为成功想办法 ，不为失败找借口 服务理念：做中国书画界的百度 二、公司企业文化规章制度篇
现行规章制度需细化，印发并执行员工手册，部门制度需文字化健全化。 三、企业文化活动篇
提高团队的凝聚力和战斗力，推动团队建设；增强员工满意度与归属感，激发员工的工作积极性和热情；丰富员工业余文化生活，营造一种健康、旺盛的团队氛围 四、下半年活动计划表
五、固定活动
（一）年会
①增强公司员工的内部凝聚力，提升公司的综合竞争力。
②对全年公司整体工作业绩进行总结，对市场进行分析，制定新年度公司工作总体规划，明确新年度工作方向和目标。 ③表彰公司内部业绩优秀的员工，通过激励作用，将全体员工的主观能动性充分调动起来，投入到未来的工作之中。 ④扩大公司的知名度和影响力。
1.时间：每年的农历新年前，下午开始节目表演—聚餐—发奖 2地点：租借饭店或西餐厅 （二）企业文化墙
1. 员工墙：用一个平面介质，将员工的照片、文字、图案等以平面化、规范化、特色化形式，展示出来供大家分享，营 造一股浓厚的企业文化氛围。
2．员工互动区：将公司每月活动的照片，员工自己的摄影作品等，展现在每位员工面前，不仅在视觉上形成冲击力，在 心灵上也能产生共鸣。
3.企业标语口号规范要求和规章制度
（三）每月庆生：当月生日的员工聚集到一天做生日庆祝，好朋友们共唱生日快乐歌 时间：每月第一个周一上午11点
地点：职场
人物：寿星和在职员工
物资：特大生日蛋糕一个，寿帽若干； （四）“激扬青春”演讲比赛
要求对本职工作，公司整体运营熟知的基础上，个人与公司共同成长的总结与展望 时间：五四青年节或元旦前后 地点：公司展厅
目的：精进本职，了解公司 （五）“壹圆”基金
所有在职人员，每个月工资中捐赠壹圆钱（最少壹圆，100元封顶），存入专款账号，用于帮助有困难需要帮助的同事。该账号资金动态每个月末公示。 （六）员工关怀 1. 调整现有食宿政策
1.1非本市户口和路途超1小时车程员工，需住宿的，每个月补助住宿费100元 1.2设立茶水间，公司准备茶、咖啡、冰糖、红糖，可供员工调整状态
2.奖励要大张旗鼓，发奖状，奖杯，拍照上文化墙；重大处罚要通报，起到警示作用
3.关注员工成长，给予更多成长机会。内部培训和视频培训，每次30分钟左右，做常态话不打疲劳战。给新人更多的管理机会，做职业规划。 4.家庭关怀
6.1家乡（有直系亲属）发生重大自然灾害，视路程给予3-5天带薪假
6.2 开放日 每年六一可带家属来公司参观，亲子活动参观展厅。带孩子的女同事上午早下班。 6.3福利包：每三个月发放一次：牙膏、肥皂、香皂、洗衣粉 6.4 结婚纪念日：当日不加班，提前1小时下班。
6.5生日：员工生日、父母生日、孩子生日当日不加班，提前1小时下班 六、要求：
各部门积极配合，鼓励公司员工积极参与其中，营造团结友爱大家庭的氛围。
