【背景链接】
随着2015全国各地高考作文试题的公开，不少人发现今年考题的一大特点：来源于现实。新课标全国一卷的“孩子举报老爸(材料作文)”也有新闻原型。这个新闻原型被人肉出来，遭大批高三生恶语相向。
【标准表述】
造成“网络暴力”的原因有以下三种：
1.匿名身份是造成网络暴力愈演愈烈的重要原因
一些网民之所以肆无忌惮地对当事人进行侵权，因为他们是“无名”的大多数，不必为自己的行为承担任何责任，风险近于零。
2.“固有”印象代替事实判断
“教师性侵”“体罚学生”“教师收礼”等新闻近年来层出不穷，渐渐将教师群体妖魔化，并很自然地将学生归入“弱势群体”。一旦涉及师生关系的新闻出现，很多网民会先入为主地将老师看成是有过错的一方。
3.维权的难度导致追责少之又少
虽然近年来因人肉搜索而导致的个人信息泄露、名誉权受损的典型案例不下10个，然而真正维权却少之又少，大多数当事人都因维权难、希望事件平息等原因不再追究，因言语侮辱或泄露隐私而最终被惩戒的更是屈指可数。
【具体措施】
第一，注重化解现实社会问题和社会矛盾。
第二，构建网络社会治理体系。
第三，健全网络互动规则和信息技术伦理建设。
