基于FLAC—3D的地下转露天复杂采空区安全顶板厚度确定

         要:为了保证矿山安全生产,采空区安全顶板厚度对保证安全有着重要作用。以紫金山金铜矿地下转露天采区为例,基于FLAC-3D数值模拟方法,以不同安全顶板厚度数据,对采区不同顶板厚度稳定性开展了研究。研究结果表明:紫金山金铜矿采区最小安全顶板厚度为45 m,开采方案顶板设计厚度为56 m时,采区顶板区域塑性区未连通,不会发生破坏,但矿柱区域塑性区有连通现象,需作相应处理。

        Abstract The determination of security coping thickness of complicated goaf is of great significance to the mine safety production. In order to determine the security coping thicknes of the complicated goaf of ZiJinShan gold copper mine converted from underground to surface based on the FLAC-3D simulation method the stability of goaf with different coping thickness was researched. The study results show that the minimum security coping thickness in ZiJinShan gold copper mine is 45 m. When the design of coping thickness is 56 m the plastic zone of coping area in goaf is not connected so that the goaf is not damaged. However the plastic zone of pillar area is connected so corresponding measures should be taken to ensure the safety of mining.
