肠粉,又名布拉肠。从旁边咬下去,就能看见粉里面包着的肉、菜、虾,因为有滑溜溜的粉、酱油的调配和各种各样的馅料,可好吃了。这么好吃的肠粉,是怎么做出来的呢?先在蒸笼上放一块布,然后洒上米浆并摊均匀,在米浆上放上肉、虾和青菜,再盖上锅盖。过了一会,拿开锅盖,米浆已经蒸熟了变成了粉,就把布和粉分开,一边分开、一边顺着方向把粉包住馅卷起来,洒上酱油,美味的肠粉就完成了。
Steamed vermicelli roll,also named bula intestine. When we have a bite on it,we see it filling with pork,lettuce and shrimps. Because of its smooth rice roll,it tasted amazing with special soy sauce and various of fillings. How can we cook such wonderful steamed vermicelli roll?First,we put a piece of cloth on a food steamer,which is made of bamboo. The next step is that we sprinkle rice milk on it and in the meanwhile,spread the rice milk evenly. After that we put some pork,shrimps and lettuce on it,covering the steamer. After a while,open up and we can easily see the rice milk has turn into solidified bula intestine. Now we separate the cloth and the delicious steamed vermicelli roll,skillfully warp it in the direction. In the end,only when we sprinkle special soy sauce that this delicate cuisine has been done.
