国风·召南

　　第三篇草虫

　　【概要】女子思念情人。

　　喓喓草虫，趯趯阜螽。未见君子，忧心忡忡。亦既见止，亦既觏止，我心则降。

　　陟彼南山，言采其蕨。未见君子，忧心惙惙。亦既见止，亦既觏止，我心则说。

　　陟彼南山，言采其薇。未见君子，我心伤悲。亦既见止，亦既觏止，我心则夷。

【注释】

　　 01、喓(Yao)：虫鸣声

　　 02、草虫：一说是蝈蝈

　　 03、趯(Ti)：虫跳跃

　　 04、阜螽(FuZhong)：蚱蜢

　　 05、忡忡：心神不宁的样子

　　 06、止：同“之”，指情人

　　 07、觏(Gou)：遇见。一说通“媾”，情人相会。

　　 08、降：心降意为放心

　　 09、陟(Zhi)：登高

　　 10、言：乃

　　 11、蕨：多年生草本植物，喜阴湿环境，孢子繁殖，嫩叶可食，根茎可制淀粉。全株入药，有解热利尿功能。春季采蕨时节也正是日暖花开、男女求爱之时。

　　 12、惙惙(Chuo)：心慌意乱的样子

　　 13、说：悦，欢喜

　　 14、薇：巢菜，草本植物，嫩茎和叶可作蔬菜，种子可食，通称野豌豆。

　　 15、夷：平，指安心

And the hoppers sprang about .

I ascended that hill in the south ,

And gathered the turtle-foot ferns .

And my heart will then be pleased .

And gathered the thorn-ferns .

While I do not see my lord ,

My sorrowful heart is wounded with grief .

Let me have seen him ,

And my heart will then be at peace .
