【摘要】目的：探究综合护理干预在克罗恩病患者人护理中的应用效果。方法：选取40例克罗恩病患者，随机分成两组各20人，观察组采用综合护理干预，对照组采用常规护理干预。统计两组患者的生活质量核心量表（QOL-30），并对问卷进行分析，对两种护理方法干预克罗恩患者的效果进行对比。结果：观察组患者疗效好于对照组，且观察组患者的不良情绪等明显低于对照组（P

Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with Crohn's disease.Method：40 patients with Crohn's disease were randomly divided into two groups， 20 in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention， while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The core quality of life scale （QOL-30） of the two groups was counted， and the questionnaire was analyzed. The effects of the two nursing methods on Crohn patients were compared.Result：The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group， and the adverse emotions of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion：In the nursing of Crohn's patients， the effect of comprehensive nursing is remarkable， and it is worth popularizing.
