Step 1. Warming up.

T Hello, boys and girls. How are you today? What’s the date today?

Step 2. New Concepts.

1. Review.

T In China , there are many interesting festivals. Can you say some interesting festivals you now. What’s your favorite festival in China? What’s the date of this festival?

2. New concepts

T Good job, do you now what’s the date of the Spring Festival?

Ss……

TYes , Spring Festival is the Chinese New Year. It’s on the first day of a year on the lunar calendar.(给学生区分阴历和阳历) I lie the Spring Festival, because I can buy new clothes and clean my rooms……What do you do for the Spring Festival?

Ss…….

T There are many interesting things in the Spring Festival. It is great. Today let’s go to Li Ming's home. Let’s listen to what do they do in the Spring Festival, Oay?

As and answer the questions one by one in groups. Then fill in the blans.

Spring Festival is coming

简短的问候，与学生沟通，并尽快进入到英语学习的氛围中。然后教师将学生分成两组进行比赛。

教师提出问题，学生试着用英语做简单的表

述，通过对祖国各个节日的了解和日期的复习，为本节课的主题讲解做铺垫。

在这个环节教师采用了提问的方式直接引入本课的新授内容，让学生通过问题感受春节的美好。

在情景中运用所学的知识，介绍春节里做的事情。为接下的学生活动做铺垫。

大组活动先问答再将问题汇总，最后形成一篇作文。这是对学生知识的检测，体现了同学之间相互合作、相互配合的精神，不但增加了学习的趣味性，而且在练习的过程中培养了英语思维及互助学习模式。

最后通过简单的歌曲，让学生在高兴的氛围中感受本节课所学的知识。

课后反思

本课我设定了两个目标。第一个目标是学生能对节日进行相关的了解。学生基本达到了这个目标，有的甚至超出了我的预想。第二个目标是学生可以熟练地运用所学句型。另外，在课堂中，我还注重培养学生可以根据基本句型拓展到第三人称。对于基础较差的学生我也加大了练习力度。

总之，通过这节课，我引领学生走到真实的情境中，紧紧抓住学生，让学生积极参与到课堂中，通过各种句型操练与表演，大大提高了学生的语言综合运用能力，有效地培养了英语思维模式，并为学生学习策略的培养打下了基础。
