浅析节能减排的意义与策略
摘要：能源的过度消耗是我国在现代化进程中不得不面对的问题。节能减排，给了我们正视并且重视这一问题的机会。通过改进我国社会体制中不完善的地方可以有效促进我国经济的发展，推动现代化进程。本文从节能减排的概念出发，引申出节能减排的重要意义和措施。

abstract: excessive consumption of energy in china is in the process of modernization, it has to face the problem. energy saving and emission reduction, gave us to face and pay attention to the problem of opportunity. through the improvement of our social system not perfect place can effectively promote the development of our country economy, promote the process of modernization. this article start from the concept of energy saving and emission reduction, to extents the significance and measures of energy saving and emission reduction.
