老子管理思想对现代企业管理的几点启示

摘 要 老子的著作《道德经》中蕴含了丰富的管理思想，挖掘老子管理思想的现代意义，将其与现代管理思想相结合，将会给现代企业管理理论带来更多有益的启示。本文从重视企业核心文化的建设、实行人本管理和贯彻柔性管理三个方面，探讨老子管理哲学对现代企业管理的启示。
